Kupwara youth electrocuted to death in Kangan | KNO

Ganderbal, July 24 (KNO): A 24-year-old youth from north Kashmir’s Kupwara district was electrocuted to death on Friday in Kangan area of central Kashmir's Ganderbal district. An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that Mushtaq Ahmad Payer (24), son of Wali Muhammad of Payerpora Hayhama Kupwara came in a contact with a live wire at the residential quarter of a doctor in Kangan area of Ganderbal district and died on the spot. The official said that the body of the deceased was handed over to his family for last rites after completing legal formalities. Meanwhile, police have registered a case and started further investigation in to the matter—(KNO)
